In college I tried to go running once with some friends, and I was dying before we even got to the start of the trail (~5 minutes of running). It wasn’t until after graduation that I worked my way up, training myself to run a maybe 3 mile path around the cove where I lived. I don’t have an iPod or anything, so my soundtrack was singing all of Into the Woods to myself.

But I haven’t run since coming to Hawaii. I have to get back into that.
